Typical cost of separate tools for volunteers, HR, e-sign, events and a donor database: about $1,500 a month on average (our estimate; yours will vary).

It depends on how many people need a login. Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Core starts at $70 per user per month, billed annually, and eligible nonprofits get 10 Core licenses at no cost through Power of Us. For example, at the listed price, 15 staff would be 10 free licenses plus 5 at $70, or $350 a month. HelpOne is $299 a month with unlimited users and every module. Salesforce may also need setup help, and HR, board or accounting tools are not listed on its pricing page. Check both pages for your numbers.
NPSP is the Nonprofit Success Pack, a nonprofit data model for fundraising and program management built on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce says NPSP will continue to be supported. Nonprofit Cloud is the newer Salesforce nonprofit product. You don't have to move off NPSP because of this page; the choice is yours.
