Yes – no contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel any time from your Account page.

Cancel from your Account page in two clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account is read-only for 30 days so you can export everything. Then your data is deleted. No partial refunds.

Two paths: Flat Rate ($1.75/tx + $15/mo) when you bring your own processor (BYOP) or IC+ Rate when HelpOne handles everything – interchange plus a small margin with no monthly fee. Both paths include QR codes, hosted pages, and embeddable forms.

Yes, new modules and reports are included at no extra cost as they ship.

Absolutely – from your dashboard settings, simply hide any module you don't currently need. They disappear from your navigation and can be re-enabled at any time.

Each organization's data is walled off at the database level with row-level security, so one organization can never see another's records. AES-256 encryption and role-based access control. Hashed passwords, rate-limited sign-in, and optional Google sign-in. Two-factor authentication is on our roadmap. We run automated security and tenant-isolation tests on every release.

Yes – auto-track volunteer hours, donations, and in-kind contributions. Generate audit-ready reports that map directly to IRS Form 990 line items.

Yes – immediate containment, notification, a full incident report and follow-up monitoring, as set out in our DPA.

Card details are entered into our payment processor's secure hosted fields. HelpOne is not designed to store full card numbers on our systems.
